Ah Cherry! That was my second guess...I have never seen it seasoned, only cut fresh when it looks (of course) a little different.

I really am enjoying everything there, think I am going to get to work on that Green River knife this week.

I reall can't thank you enough just for caring enough about some random guy to take the time, effort and expense to help me out!

But now I feel obligated to be a better human being myself...jeez, what a double edged sword!

Seriously, though, thank you so much! Really just an outstanding act of generosity, man. If everyone acted like that, it would sure be a great world to live in.

I can understand what Mis is going through and can really appreciate what it will do for his free time. Had I got a gift basket like that when my accident happened maybe I would not have bugged you guys so much!! Have fun with it Misanthropist and heal well.

You're welcome, us blademen have to look out for each other....

If you get the chance, post a pick of the Green River when you finish it. I've got a Green River in a different pattern that I've been using in the kitchen for a long time, good cutter!
