Sounds like it would make a good movie as well as a book...

I can only imagine the politics involved in something at that level.

Even though my friends are in a small P.D (IIRC the population is now around 80,000), the last time I saw them, they were all gray :D

My wife and I love the show. We watch shows to escape reality (Burn Notice, White Color, Star Gate, etc, - sucks they cancelled The Unit) If we want reality we read or watch the news.
