Aha, it's a military overrun - that explains the secrecy, the blades must be sterile & whoever the spooky types are who bought them needed to be sure that they remained that way. Thus perpetual nondisclosure of pics/video/description was a term of the contract for purchase from Busse - i.e. if discovered somewhere naughty the provenance remains unknown. "Can't prove it was us, we were all at a ball game at the time, never seen the knife before, kinda looks Russian actually, have you asked Moscow?" etc etc.
Note that I am deducing this from the forum posts - I have never heard of the knife before today. So I'm not spilling any beans that were entrusted to me to remain unspilled. And to my dying day no one will ever be able to force me to admit whether or not (as legend has it) there was in fact an INFI spork that folded into the handle.
