Just under 8" and it is 3.5 across. I was also able to get about 36 oz to the bottom of the neck of the bottle.

Just FYI. I got my Brita/Nalgene guyot a little while ago. It holds 38 ounces when filled to just below the brim. It also perfectly nests in my Olicamp Space Saver cup.
I'm sorry I missed the $15 sale price, but I'm glad I went ahead and picked one of these up. Will try to get up some pics later. Been sick all day today.
