Recommendation? Spartan Harsey, between CRK and Hinderer?

How about a Microtech Socom Elite? Also less expensive that the others, but not at the expense of quality or toughness.

Having run through most of the top brands I have settled and happily in the RH Eclipse 3.5... I can't find anything bad about this knife...

That’s a beauty. RHKs have ruined me for bad hardware. Not having any screws back out, strip, or even need any adjustments is awesome. These things are built like tanks.

one of my favorites (along with the ZT 0452). I did have lockup issues out of the box with 2 of my 4 Socom Elites, but no doubt they are fantastic knives for the money. Personally I would have to put Microtech and ZT a small step below Hinderer quality wise. I haven’t owned a CRK yet, or a SHF however so I can’t speak to those.

My personal ranking of the three is CRK first for tight tolerances, Spartan for rugged and beautiful anodizing, the Hinderer for smooth flippers and overbuilt designs. Out of all three, I'll choose LG Everytime 😜😂

Microtech does not get much love sometimes but I have had some excellent knives from them and still do. Some of their models are very hard to beat. I had this 1999 Socom Elite for 4 or 5 years of frequent tough outdoor use when I was a Boy Scout Leader and then gave it to my younger Son who is an Eagle Scout and that kid can break an anvil. He broke a CRKT M16 and some other knife that I don't remember, but he still has this MT Socom Elite and it still locks up tight and stays sharp. I think it is a hell of a knife at 25 years old.

Based on your criteria - I would definitely look at Les George. Either VECP or Myna (my fav) would certainly fit the bill perfectly as several other posters have stated.

I love the look, feel and ergos of the SHF - I just don't like their cutting performance so mine doesn't get carried much. The iMamba is fantastic, but you mentioned you were looking to go bigger than a Seb 31.

I would love to try a Project X.

The PX is my favorite Hinderer, and I've tried darn near all the models.
