Isnt this a forum where people can express their views and experiences? pretty sure the thread is for good, bad, ugly. The op is stating the good and I felt compelled to add the ugly. Seems that some here take offense to anything bad said about this knife. If I was on the fence on this knife as a consumer, I would appreciate all views....the good , the ,bad , the ugly.....just saying. Oh thanks for the warning....ill go wash out.my mouth with soap.....

Just to be clear I am completely happy with the knife as well as my other Spartans. It is stiff so I assume it needs some break-in.

This is my first Spartan, not disappointed at all. It will be a user.
