So, early last week, I sent Spartan an email about the grittiness. It was just driving me nuts. They wanted me to send it to them and I swear, I sent it to them last Tuesday and it was on its way back last Friday. Just picked it up this morning and the action is as smooth as freakin Silk! And, not only did I get my knife back, but they also included a Spartan Knives tee shirt too! So, suffice it to say, I was absolutely blown away by their customer service
I tell ya fellas, I now see what yall are talkin about when yall mention the smooth action.....its perfect now, drops shut with little effort and just so dam smooth.
