Great shot! Moreover, the 56 is an excellent housing for a Spear.

Oddly enough, I have a fairly good collection of GEC 68 White Owls, yet all of mine are Clip, incomprehensible when I think of my liking for Spear blades.. Could do with one but you never see them on sale

Ironically, most of my GEC knives are spears.

The #56 & #78 are a couple of my favorites!

This one from France, a contemporary Traditional all stainless construction and Ebony.

It's a tough type, you don't want to get your fingers in the way when shutting it or you'll get one docked Must have M.Guillotine in its heritage...
