Yes, that bronze was a gift from Paul Mason many, many moons ago - before he started making wonderful slippies, reproducing bronzes was his work.

I originally planned to keep this Buck Canoe a safe queen because I know the blade etch will get damaged in use but I got it out today to start carrying it tomorrow. It’s not doing me any good in the display case.

JW225 Many thanks Jim, I have a few interesting knives in my haphazard pile, but nothing like the consistency and range of your knives GEC did a really fine job on the springs of these knives. In all steel, almost looks like one solid spring! Fine quality. It's an interesting pattern but I've been waiting in vain for them to do a Stockman version of the Eureka, now that would be a moment
