well... this is a long one.

i purchased a so tech go bag from this place a few months ago. sometime before i went to australia so it'd have had to have been before may, or around that time.

anyways, i had placed an order for a ranger green so tech go bag. it showed instock and they accepted my payment information so i figured it'd be instock and ship the next available day.... i waited about a week and no e-mail arrived with my tracking number so i decided to send them an email and ask whats up.

they sent me a reply saying it wasnt in stock and that i'd have to wait untill it was in stock. it would have been nice to be informed of this during or right after my purchase but i let it slide and asked if they had the bag in any other color since they said that the wait for a ranger green one would be a long ways away.

they had the coyote color one in stock so i asked them to ship it out and it arrived via fed-ex a week and a half later.

interestingly enough, almost 4 or 5 months after the date of purchase i get an email from special forces gear saying that they had billed my credit card for a fed-ex customs charge which had been recently billed to them. i thought this strange and asked what the deal was as i was under the understanding that everything had been paid in full at the time of purchase.

so we go back and forth for a while and finally i get fed up and tell them to just bill be for it however that i would like a copy of the invoice that they received from fed-ex for my personal records. they replied promptly and said they would be happy to send me a copy. few days later i receive an email asking for a fax number. i sent them my fax number but i had forgotten my fax was broken and sent another email after (same day) asking if they could send me a copy via e-mail.

its been 4 days since and i dont see anything in my email or my fax (which has been replaced so i could receive their fax)

i am just writing my experience up here so that others can think twice before ordering from this company. i guess lesson learned on my part.

i know i am at some fault here (perhaps should have requested usps, or emailed to check and make SURE that the things listed "in stock" were actually in stock).

anyways, just wanted to share my experience on here.

thanks for reading,

JC
