I already spent the money too, but I sent it directly to CRK for some different hardware. Now I'm having to pretend I didn't order it, because otherwise the wait I would kill me!

If you don't mind me asking what hardware are you swapping ? I just emailed Alycia day before yesterday about another Unique CGG of my own design and received info about having to send knife once it's approved. Emailed her back for the possibility of making the unique side panel without having to send the knife back but I suspect I already know the answer.

Sure, no problem. I had them install silver lug and standoff and I'm having them fit a plain Ti scale to the presentation side. Somewhere I heard that they would ship a plain scale out, but I'm not sure about a unique. CRK has there own ways and sometime they don't always make much sense. [emoji6] Gotta respect them for holding on to what they know is right though.

I called CRK today about getting a plain scale for mine and they didn't seem to have a problem with it. The scale ships out tomorrow so hopefully I'll get it by the end of the week

I just commissioned a unique scale of my own design giving their designer a bit of leeway to embellish as they see fit. $200 for the scale and $90 for the program setup.
