SPOILER ALERT!! Official 'The Walking Dead' TWD Season 7 Discussion Thread

Really didn't appreciate the waste of time last week - one whole hour wasted on "Tara" who no one really cares about or wants to see at all, let alone for a full hour. They always waste episodes now every season. It gets tiresome. Story could've been so much farther along without all the clutter.

And the Negan language, I know they're trying to stay true to his dirty mouth which apparently he had in the comics, but it's really more boring than anything. It's not shocking it's not scary or intimidating it's more like thrown in at all the wrong times for no reason.

We've all heard toilet humor and cursing and at this point YAWN when he speaks. Started off strong on the season premier and then sputtered to the ground. And Carl I won't even get into that, lol.

The matching daggers at the hilltop? Anyone get a good look at them?

If you have Jesus AND Daryl on your side....

Best episode of the season, and some promise for a less sucky second half.

Great episode! I got a little happy in the pants when Negan checked Spencer for guts!! Couldn't stand his smug attitude and his "hi" face! Also loved it when Rick got in on the fun too :D

Was very pleased with Daryl's performance also. Still ain't got nothing on Negan though !

Humiliation, + uncoordinated aborted assassination plans, + a telepathy burst (due to the shows constant lack of interesting conversation) for most of the Group to meet & plan.
Negan's men had the same telepathy at the end of last season, when they were uncanningly blocking only certain roads.
Army Abe should've taken control; no rv, in unavoidable open ground- 20 paces between each soldier, fixed bayonets for zombies, bullets as a last resort. Enuff snooping & spying & they might've changed to guerilla tactics.

So I assume the lurker in the odd army boots is from the comics? Now I wish I had read more in them when I had the link to them posted free on line …

The daggers Sasha had looked very Busseish to me from what you could see of them.

Yep. That part kinda surprised me because I figured Negan would rather have someone that is more apt to "play ball" like the guy from the Hilltop but it appears that he sees more value in alpha types even though they are more of a threat to him.

I think a scheming, go behind someones back to take charge kinda person would be more threatening. Or maybe Spencer just.had.no.GUTS!

Oh wait, they were inside him the whole time!!!

decent episode. hopefully they make up for the first half of the season with the rest of it. To bad rick and them are still being real dumb. No recon before coming back and they just lost all the stuff they just found. I mean some was going to neagan anyhow but definitely didn't need to be all the ammo and guns. they need to really start getting tuned in soon or it's pointless.

I thought they said he had plenty of everything but ammo, which made the guns sort of useless (until they find some ammo). Did they even bring any guns back?

At least father G is becoming increasingly useful. Providing reassurance and wise guidance on occasion
