Took the Jeep for a spin today. Nice weather for it. 85° here now.

Thinking of selling off some knives. Many I have just don't get the love they deserve.

3-day weekend here too. Seldom in my schooling and career have I been able to take off the non-winter federal holidays, but it's been nice doing that recently. Planning to finish up one more knife for next weekend's craft show/studio trail.
 
I have a few pto, and vacation days I need to burn. I have a weeks vaca at the beginning of November. I'm not allowed to take a vacation after that. We get very busy at Christmas time.
 
Ah, another work weekend to look forward to, as fish frolic to and fro ...

I hear ya man. Been at this job for 20 years last month. Get 4 weeks vaca, and a week pto. When the new company bought us out 5 or 6 years ago, they allowed the years we had in to count. So, I went from having 2 weeks vaca, and no pto, to 4, and 1. They call the employees that remain from the old owners, the "legacy" employees. There's only 3 of us now.
