Just returned from the cabin. Got there Saturday afternoon. Weather decent, a little rain last night. Was able to a small hike at Amidon. Wife got sick today, so we came home early. Life happens...

Don't feel bad. I have made zero knaves. I have made a few improvised shivs tho. Now if I can figure out Tracker Dan's formula and change a couple grand for a piece of hardened steel and a shoelace.

Seemed a little strange today mowing the yard on November 5th. Grass is still as green as can be. It got up to 53° today, and it was 41° this morning when I mowed. I mulched, since there was a bunch of leaves. My town instituted a leaf and grass burning ban. We can burn logs/sticks, etc. but no leaves or grass. Sucks, as they didn't give us an alternative.
