$40 sounds like a good deal, considering I've seen them go for over $80 on the 'Bay.
I sorta got lucky with mine. Paid $20 shipped for it.

You got really lucky. I never get deals like that!!! Right place, right time I guess.

I would recommend the SOG Access Card or Black Access Card. I have the latter and it's nice.
