Spyderco 2020 Lists: Delivered & Upcoming

Look at my posted pic again and check the difference between the light blue ring under the clip and the rest of the knife. If anything, the light blue ring might otherwise catch less light...

I'd like to see it next to a FFG "Regular Production" Delica in blue to see the difference.

It looks pretty close to me just going off the pics I've seen.

It's not bad and it may grow on me. I'm reminded of a time in my youth ... I was at the fridge, guess I was spacing out and thought I poured some soda pop from the bottle into a cup. Absent mindedly raised the glass and drank... WTF that doesn't taste like Coke! It was milk instead, kind of a bracing taste difference and this is what I'm feeling in a more modest way right now. Was looking forward to the navy blue. Guess I could try to dye it! I like messing around with mods.

I was on top of this one. The Native 5 is my second favorite Spyderco model, just behind the Para 3.

If the Glessers ever decide to make a compression lock Native, it'll rocket to the top of the list. It'll transcend the knife world and become something that every man, woman and child will want, no, need to have in their pocket. Okay, that may be a bit of hyperbole, but it'd certainly be my favorite knife.
 
The Spyderco Discontinued List used to be released in November (2013-2015) but became October (2016-2018) and last year it was in late September:

Hahaha.....I really like that analogy. Maybe give it some time in person. Might grow on you like blue-green algae :)
