Native is a lot more stout than the Delica, it’s also shorter and thicker. The Delica is a better slicer and slightly larger but Native is probably more durable overall.

I’ve always though you could easily snap a ZDP Delica blade pretty easily, even more so for an Endura.
 
Native5 beats Delica4, Para3, SpyOpera and Sage5 in overall width when closed which makes for a smaller carry. Another good one is Chaparral which is the best slicer of the lot. All of these have blade lengths of 2.8-3 inches.

If you are going to use your knife for prying I get the point.

I use my knives for cutting. As they should be used.

Had a hard debate with myself on Delica vs Native. Sold my Natives. The Delica was just better in my hand hand and a better cutter and I really hated the finger choil on the Native. Also(IMO) the Delica is a more handsome, clean and classic design.

Thanks! Grabbed very last one in stock. Anyone know if this is first time they offered this? I'm hoping I'm not getting someone elses return of a bad knife

I have not seen very many of them if any pop up yet, he just posted them so they are going to be new stock. He’s a good dealer and I highly doubt would ever pass off a reject to the next customer. He’s small but has been around a while :thumbsup:
 
Thanks guys. Wasn't trying to cast any aspersions toward the dealer and wouldn't fault him for selling a returned knife if that were the case. Customer service seems top notch as I received a personalized e-mail with tracking this morning. Much appreciated Southern Edges!

Just picked up my delica k390 from REC(still instock) canceled pre order with blade hq as they take forever to recieve and ship the product. Paid for my spyopera the 26th. Said it shipped the 28th and fou d out it just now actually shipped with usps today. Didnt want to go through that again with my delica. Plus i switched credit cards mid pre order which i guess their system does not like. Kept trying to charge old card..almost lost my pre order.
