I work at a fish store, the humidity is very close to 100%. Any bead blasted knife gets rust spots within an hour. So I usually stick with coated blades. I can't oil coat the blade because often I have to put the knife in fish water and the lube is toxic. So what I'm getting at is, I have been looking at the spyderco manix. I know the blade is satin finished and that closes the pores, but the steel is S30V which is not very rust proof. Is this knfe gonna pass the gauntlet? I'd hate to spend that much money on that knife and have to polish the rust off 5 times a week. Any help appreciated...
