I like apples too but would you carry a half pound of recurved apples that could not be sharpened on river rocks or under 5 oz of flat ground full bellied orange sweetness?

4.2 oz of flat ground full bellied orange sweetness :)

not really, you know a knife is a tool for keeping you alive, the zt exaggerates your skills better in my opinion that the spyderco

Exaggerates your skills...that's what the internet is for.;)

Nothing allows people to exaggerate their skills as effectively as the internet does. :D

I guess I used my TOPS Scorpion's Tail "hard" the other day.
Was working on a bit of cast aluminum, and busted the tip off.

Oh wait, that probably means I used it stupid, not hard. :foot:
Took some work putting a new tip on it.

If I was butt naked and alone in the wilderness, I think a military is far more practical. I'd have to braid some vines together to make some cordage and either hang the knife from it or I'd have to use a pelt as a pouch. Either way I'm going to be using the knife. And because I'm going to have to use the knife to cut things, it should be a knife that's good at it. And considering braided line or pouch may not be perfectly made, I kind of want the stuff clipped to it to be light, seeing as how I'll be running through whatever kind of plant life is there, swimming, making spears, making feather sticks, etc. If I need to pry a rock out of the ground for whatever reason, I can find a stick and use it. If the stick isn't strong enough then I'll use a bone from some animal that I hopefully trapped, killed, skinned, and ate already. All which probably required a well made cutting tool. I don't know exactly what about the ZT knives make them good for survival type situations but I can think of plenty of things about the military.

I thought the USPS was good but your system blows it out of the water

USPS is not good. :grumpy:
They lost my 2 day package for 80 hours between LA and Seattle.
It's only 18 hours to drive.

They must have flown it to Hawaii and around.

Wish I could go to Hawaii for $5.
