Didn't you guys read the post about how people who ask "when" are going to have their pre-orders cancelled???![]()
I emailed the retailer and they responded that they are still waiting on Spyderco and don't have an ETA yet. They said that may bee they will know more after the Shot Show. That's all I know as I am still waiting also.I guess they will come whenever they come. I can wait!
The green might be the end of the road, but I hope not. Personally, I'd like to see one in red G10 with a black coated DLC blade (M4 steel) with a black clip.
I want a red-handled version as well but I think Spyderco reserves that color for trainer knives, so it's doubtful they'll release an edged version.
Not necessarily, they have some red handled knives, and I believe they are usually sprints. The red Persian comes to mind.
Red would be sweet! I'm not crazy about black blades though. And I missed out on this green run as well.![]()
I missed out on pre-ordering as well... but I am hoping when it finally does get released that maybe some of those who pre-ordered won't actually take delivery and there will be a few left over that the astute (and quick typist) can order. Probably wishful thinking I realize, but it's all I've got!![]()

I agree, though with the one's they have done (the previously mentioned Persian Sprint Run in red) I believe it was a different shade of red than the trainers. Looking to see a red like this on the Para 2.

It's more of a deep crimson/blood red than the brighter shade that I believe they use on the trainer blades.
