Well, then I guess it really shouldn't be a problem for you to get one of the Natives ^^ that must be nice, whenever I order from there I have to wait close to a week for my package to arrive but of course, living in Austria close to the border to Hungary, there's a lot of mileage to cover.

Why is the native 5 so expensive vs the manix?

I believe the Manix is one of the models Spyderco chose to have better pricing.
