They're available for pre-order from knifecenter so I imagine they're due out soon or they're busy filling backorders. I know I'm still waiting on a PM3 pre-order to get filled but some forum members are getting their PM3's in so it shouldn't be too much longer. You could call the store about the leftie PM2 for more info. Other websites may have them in stock but I only checked KC.

There's the Polestar which I might have to get. I've never gotten a Spyderco even though I want to, and it appeals to me more than the other Value Folder like Tenacious, Persistence, etc

I'm a lefty with a few PM2s. They are basically ambidextrous except for the compression lock. I've never found the lock to be a problem. With the proper (safe) finger placement, disengagement of the compression tab and a gentle downward shake and the blade is ready to be fully closed. Grrrreat knife!
