Spyderco- the working man's knife

Even my Benchmades have thumbholes.

For me is not about the brand, is about the particular model that may or may not suit a certain task better.

If a brand happens to have knives that appeal to my needs the most, so be it.

For example I use the Spyderco Rescue for any outing that involves ropework (climbing), if I am going to be near salt water (boats or beach), I might take a Pacific Salt fully serrated instead. For office carry I preffer a Centofante III or a MiniGrip (as it is the case now). For outdoor carry the BM Crooked River suits me better.

I have more knives from Spyderco just because they are, generally, cheaper. But I guess both brands make great knives.

I have a Spyderco Paramilitary 2

Great knives. I do not carry either.

I prefer Frame-Locks and Titanium.

Seriously, I like them and do not regret buying either!
