Spyderco ugly?

Spydercos are beautiful after some hard use. When I first got my milli I thought it looked weird and the shapes didn't flow, but after a lot of use I couldn't ask for anything more in a pocket knife.

They remind me of Spy v.s. Spy in Mad Magazine.

I do all kinds of graphical and visual work for living if that matters, and I love spyderco designs. Like all companies, they have knives that Im not particularily fancy of, but they sure come up with fantastic and interesting designs all the time. Pretty much every time spyderco launches their new items, Im impressed. Functionality meets looks, perfect combination.

I dont like the handle to blade ratio. Whenever I look at a knife I take the overall length and divide it by the blade length, or if given the cutting edge length. Most are around 2.3, I prefer 2.25, and most spydercos are around 2.5 or even as high as 3. to much handle for a small blade.

[Edit]: take the delica, its pretty popular: overall length 7-1/8" cutting edge 2-9/16
blade to overall ratio 2.78 :barf:

to me this is also a function deal I want the most amount of blade in the smallest package possible. thats sort of the point of a folding knife, but with spydies I might as well carry around a fixed blade
