Spyderco Ulize vs. Police 3- Opinions?

I just got a police 3 g10.I love it.The ulize looks cool but I would have some trouble sharpening it.I think the handle is the same as the police and I think it is fantastic.I like the lock too.Not the fastest deploy ever but smooth and positive.

My next spydie will be a G10 manix in S30V.
