Spydercos similar to Delica?

I'm in the market for a small Spyderco folder - shorter than PM2/Manix 2 but not as small as Dragonfly. Delica 4 would be my natural choice (and it could very well be eventually), but I just wonder if there are other options similar to Delica in terms of length, blade thickness (thinner is better), lock, and ergo, but with better steels, and g10 or cf scales would be great but FRN is perfectly fine with me.

What would you recommend? Thanks in advance.

Chaparral is a smaller and thinner option to the delica. I think the stretch is in there too but a little longer. Caly 3 might be in there but I've not held that one (is it disco'ed?).

Native 5 is one of my favorite EDC options and I view it as a beefed up delica and made for bigger hands because of the 50/50 choil. I have 3 and 2 get used regularly, one in the pants pocket and one in my work vest pocket.

I always forget about the sage series, great knives even though I don't own anymore as I favored to lockback on the native. If the sage 4 wasn't so pricey when they were available, I would own one.

The Chaparral FRN is great with a CTS-XHP leaf shaped blade that is slightly thinner than the Delica (2 mm) and a wire clip. It also comes in a CF version.

I did a bit more research based on whats been suggested by far, and feel caly 3 and chapparal are the closest to what I prefer. Caly 3 is discontinued right? All I can find is caly 3.5.

Caly 3 can be found on the secondary market but they do get pricey.

How about a Native? It's a solid little knife with a lot of configurations.

Mantra series has almost the exact profile of the Delica.
Mantra 3 is CF S30V

If you want a fancier Delica, the mantra is for you. The mantra 1 is with cpm m4 tool steel and is a titanium frame lock, if that’s your thing. Tool steels are definitely my thing... the locks are different from the Delica, but I prefer compression locks and frame locks to back locks.

Some others have suggested the Native, I think it's like the Delica's chunky cousin. If you want something that fills the hand more and feels more solid, the Native is a great choice.

My vote is for the Mantra, I haven't put my hands on the new model but the titanium version with the M4 reminds be of a Delica on steroids! It's thinner with Ti scales and has better blade to handle ratio, it's a flipper with bearing but also has the Spydihole so it's the best of both worlds imo.

I have too many flippers and ti framelocks. But I do agree Mantra has seemingly the closest. profile to Delica, especially the handle.
