Stag Saturday - Let's See Some Traditional Stag!

Here's something a little different for this Saturday. Little ... is the operative word. A little antler tip fricky with a diminutive 1.8" blade. Dainty, but still useful.

Last Tuesday I got this Markesharp custom trapper and I liked it. Now having carried it (almost continually in hand ) for 4 days, I absolutely love it !!!!! Yes, in hand... it's hard for me to put it down.

Man-O-Man, did Mark ever hit the Bullseye with this one !!!

This one is kind of cool. It's a Case stag Lockhorn. Each blade has it's own back lock. They didn't make too many of them.

I don't buy many fixed blade knives but I do like a good large Bowie, picked this one up this week, almost 10" blade. Made by Dan Graves with a great chunk of stag.

Augie Nice score!!!! That’s a beauty for sure. Usually I think Dan’s patterns are a bit much on the eyes the way he etches them so boldly but that bowie looks awesome.

Thanks GT... it's the first and only canoe in my collection. I spent a few months looking at the different models and it was between Eye Brand and the older Case canoes. When I saw the stag and etch on this one it won me over
