Very impressive example

Shadow Stag and a sunk pint on the master on that Norfolk, the shadow aspect makes it unusual I'd say, seen them with tip and full bolsters but not like that. Rare.
Any idea of the age? I'd guess that it would be pre 1920 by the quality, so from the reign of Edward VII (1901-10) or Geo.V (1910-36) Perhaps brought back to America by a soldier returning from the Great War? As I say the quality points to before the end of that war, or I could be mistaken but English knives went into severe decline after the second decade of the c20th with few exceptions.
PS I'm sure it's just a simple typo error but it's actually NORFOLK St.
