Wow that's beautiful. I'll use it if you don't BTW, does anyone care to enlighten me about Red Stag? Is it a 'species' or is it just regular stag dyed red?

As Black Mamba said it's usually dyed Sambar antler, but there is a European Red Deer too!
Red Deer Stag are very common on Muela's and Solingen knives.
Scottish Sgian Duhs are also often Red Deer.
