Chuko : That is really nice. The scroll work is just the right amount and you have deep valleys and some popcorn , both of which I like and the Menefee is perfect.

I bought the Menefee out of a friends collection so I don't know the history on the shield. I do not see Menefee knives with engraving and this one also fit my small 3" size preference at just 3 5/16" so I bought it and this small Dowell swayback together.
