I don't know if I have ever seen this one before Charles . Don't think I would have forgotten one like this . Is it in the 3 &3/4" to 4" size area ?

Knife is 3 5/8" closed, blade is 2 7/8" and cutting edge is 2 5/8".

Excellent collection of GEC stag, Harry! You have to pick their stag pieces carefully and every one in that photo is a gem. My cattle knife is the work of Ryuichi Kawamura.
