Stainless GEC models, primarily the Viper

Alrighty folks! I'm back into the swing of the traditional knife. After a breath hiatus and journey to the 'dark side' of a modern folders, (and the establishment of a family reasonably collection of such) I am back into the traditional way of things and looking to expand.
I recently bought a GEC Viper and I have to say I consider it to be edc perfection. From it's size, blade shape, and overall ergonomics I consider the Viper to be perfect, with one small caveat. I am not a huge fan of carbon steels on carry knives. I'm not especially enamoured of patina and find the additional work of removing or preventing it on my edc to rob some of the joy out of carrying a knife in the first place.
So I'm wondering if GEC ever did a run of Vipers in 440c?
Also if you have other GECs in stainless post up a pic or two for us to have a gander at. I want to expand my trad collection and stainless GEC is the direction I want to move in.

GEC has run the Viper in stainless, and it does indeed make a marvelous EDC choice.

They've also run the #74 Mustang, the "backwards Viper," much more recently -- and wouldn't you know it, that handle is just as good in reverse. Here's a side-by-side. You'll probably have an easier time finding a stainless Mustang than a stainless Viper, and that drop point blade is also an excellent all-around shape.

Gorgeous looking knives fellas, thanks for helping a guy out.
I have to say Dadpool Dadpool I didn't even think of the 74, I may have to track one down and see how she goes.
Cheers lads

I just want an 83 clip point in stainless! :confused:Beautiful knives, gentleman! I love seeing the stainless offerings :)

Stainless GECs are some of my favorites. I have had: the 15, the 33, the 73, and the 74, and would recommend any one of them. They generally have smoother actions and predictably stellar walk and talk, in contrast to the 1095 knives, which can be excellent, too, but are also often not as "stellar".
