Starter 5.1 update on instagram!

I'm really regretting not getting one after seeing this! I'm glad I got a 4.7 though!
 
I love my 5.1 its amazing. Just got done carving a little with it. I wanna try momma's 4.1 but she'd be mad she has not even got that chance. I'm really excited to see my starters.

Am I reading that right? Hundreds of extras in stock after stsrters ship?
 
Sounds like it sir. I'm sure this was Guys intention to not only get the starters out to us but get some back stock up for them so people don't have to wait so long. S! understands the demand, they have just not had the means of keeping that demand feed. I believe with the new equipment being in house it will cut wait times drasticly while also making it more convenient to better produce larger numbers. (While also keeping Guys strict QC measures.)
 
Great thoughts, Texas. I totally agree and I'm glad S! is moving into this next phase, they really have earned it.

Ha! Nope, I missed it. I'm in Vegas with the wife, so I'm on limited BF time :D Great news though. I'd like to buy one direct, but I'll poach one off the exchange if it comes to that :)

Those are on the grinding schedule next. They are set to be finished up with cutting and machining the blanks to size by late next week. Some teaser images of that beauty won't be too far off. ;)

Wow things are moving along really quickly! There's just something about that 4.7 that screams game changer to me. It looks like the perfect blend of the 4.1 and the 5 with an even more comfortable handle.
 
The only thing really stopping me is the "do I really need it" thing. I'm already going to have 3 knives that are near that size but they are a bit thicker stock. Maybe that's why I need to order one!
 
The new spec. 5.1 is Super Clean it's awesome Beautiful.
