Stealth Run #005 - 110 60th Anniversary Magnacut Honduran Rosewood

I ordered one even though I don't know how thrilled I am of removing trees out of Honduras. Also, it not a 112. But it looks good, has a special stamp, and is magnacut. So it is a little hard to resist.

I hear you on that. My retirement is getting close. I'll have no money but I will have a bunch of knives.😀
 
Finally caught Buck at the right time to get a 110 Magnacut, and a good looking one too. Wasn’t going to pay $350 on Ebscam to get one. Guess I should thank my kidney stone for keeping me home from work today. Hard to check my texts and Emails while on the job.

Buck sent the text about the remaining December Buck of the Months this morning..... I didn't think I really needed one but after looking at it again talked myself into it..... then as I was getting ready to pay I realized it was 1/10 and was like WAIT, I wonder if we'll get another stealth run today and that's why they're trying to get these snatched up before the release..... so I held off..... BUT I FORGOT TO REMOVE IT FROM MY CART, so when the text for the 110 came I was so excited I rushed through ordering it and realized after the fact that I had purchased $360 worth of knives. .... so I guess I'll be getting both the StealthRun and the December Buck of the month. 💁‍♂️💁‍♂️🤣
 
One on order! I hesitated for a moment, but I would not have been able to forgive myself for passing on the Honduran Rosewood handles. And, I really like the silver bolsters and the rivet showing. (This all but guarantees that the January BOTM will be a must have for me also...)

This was pretty much my thinking as well, I was like just get it and if you don’t want it then figure that out later. I’m hoping the rosewood scales are as pretty as the photos.
