Stealth Run #2 Mango Bird is here!

I weirdly like it. I like 🥭 they grow down here and are an appealing color aray to me. so I grabbed one. it's way too pricey for what it is, but I just like the mango color setup.
Mangoes are some of my favorite fruits. Not much beats an over ripe mango with a cold glass of Guinness on a hot day at the beach, or after a sweaty day of work. Also love green mangoes pickled witth chili peppers South East Asian style...

I think that it's really cool that Buck is doing things like this. I can definitely appreciate the extra effort the paint job took. Seems like its selling a little slow, but that could be a combination of things...it's a weekend, people thinking it's not a real offering and an April Fool's joke, the price, or just plain not being familiar with the model since it is on the newer side.
Regardless of how fast or slow it sells out, I really hope they keep doing offerings like these!

I don't think I even saw a mango until I was in my 20s. In Wisconsin we can't waste shelf space on things like that. Where would we put the cheese? I've eaten mangoes in fruit mixtures but I don't think I've ever eaten one fresh - in my 60s now. I know my Indian colleagues at work love them and say the Mexican ones don't compare well to the Indian ones.

Sorry to flood this thread with comments (not that sorry). I just got an email about the Stealth Run #2. This is 2 hours after I noticed it on the Buck site. Had this been a hot item, I may have missed out. I hope they improve on that. I was hovering around their site this morning thinking, from the clues they left, that a release was going to be today.
Sign up for the text alert, I get those long before the email.

Easy… you put the mango in the cheese!! Shelf space problem solved!!

Hmm, sign up again?

Ordered one, missed out on the R2D2 one and have been eyeballing the regular offerings so this was a nice excuse.
Weird. Texted Buck to sign up again and then 1 minute later I received a text from smkw wanting to sell me the black g10 budgie.

We have good mangos here in Hawaii but mangos from the Philippines are amazing.
