This is The Guardian pendant (with black stone eyes.) This was Designed and presented to Sylvester Stallone for The Expendables movie.
Derrick Obatake, creative genius of Steel Flame, designed a number of pieces for Stallone and Mickey Rourke that were worn in the movie.
