25# 1084 powder
10# nickel powder
900# spring stock
350# wrought
200# L-6
100# 1095

plus all the misc stuff laying around that I hope I have marked or it goes in the ????? pile. Oh yeah 200# of RR spikes and about 300# cable.

Can't even remember were it all is and I only lived here a year.

STEEL HO HO HO

As of 2 months ago I had:
15,000 # of 1095
3,200 # of W-2 plate
5,200 # of 1080 1" square bar
9,300 # of 3/16 1060
1,200 # of Wrought Iron Chain
120# of H-13
and 10,000 # of 1084, which you guys got most of, which comes to 43,829 pounds. And I haven't figured out the O-1, but I figured around 3,000 # of 0-1 PGS

Last month I was robbed of ALL THE W-2 (3,200 #)and about 6,500 of the 1095 which bring me down to around 33,500 # minus the 8,700 of 1084 I shipped.

Then there's a few tons of 1006, 1002, car springs, coil springs, shaft (12L15), 6 Ft of the Susquehanna R.R.,all the pieces I've started and left on the bar (bunches of um). And a 400#stack of tool steel I've been meaning to get tested for the last 5 years.
I also have a 100# bundle of 1084 for Chuck. (I guess you should add that to his list.)

Anybody want to come over and help me clean the shop?

Aldo

PS- Do all the parts for my power hammer and press count?

Yeh I should add that 1084... I will be getting it eventually. Heck if the equipment counts you can add another 8k to my list. I did not even think about the mild stock. I took about 10k to the scrap yard just before I moved. That was before they were paying very well for it. I wish I had it 6 months ago. Oh well life goes on.

Don't feel bad about the scrap Chuck. When I got the 1095 I also inherited 62,000 lbs. of 1006 that I sold for $.10 per pound. If I had sold it at the beginning of last month I would have walked away with over $17,000. Such is life.;)

Aldo,
you're not so much a steel ho as a steel pimp! :D

I've got about 90 pounds of 1 inch wide 1084 (great stuff! looking forward to getting my 100 pound bundle of the new Aldo's 1084 at Ashokan) 40lbs of 1095, 300 pounds of assorted car springs, some 6 inch wide bandsaw blade, 40 pounds of wrought iron, about a ton of mild, and 100 pounds of ore that I haven't turned into metal yet :D
