Still not getting a knife after purchase

jk, after reading up it looks like you ordered from a site that is a "pass-through" or reseller only. Usually these kinds of businesses have little to no customer support. Still, it looks like you have a package in country, and you may want to get a little more aggressive in tracking it down.
