I very much wanted to carry this thing, but it is just too pretty to beat on at work. It is as smooth as any bearing flipper that I have owned and has solid lockup. Centering is good, fit and finish are great, and it is a great example of what Kershaw was doing in 2007. In full disclosure, I stropped it and it is VERY SHARP. Also, there are a few tiny dark spots near the clip. Shown in the last pic so you can see how small they are, in relation to the clip. (They may come off, but I didnt try) Anyhow, this would make an excellent addition to any collection. I think the gray g-10 is a little harder to come by.
I only have one spyderco in my lineup right now, but am looking to add another. I regret letting go of my manix 2 xl, so that would be great, but I am listening to any offers.
