Camillus had such fantastic jigging in the 40's and earlier, didn't they?

Is your 4 line an early dated (year in tiny font under "USA", 1910's to the 1920's) or late, no date, 1930's to 1946? (Camillus went to a 3 line tang stamp in 1947.)
