Not sure of the pattern # but it's a medium stockman CS stamped with black delrin covers but I had never seen one with a leather punch. Probably more common than I know but she was unique to me at a time when I had just started fiddling with making leather stuff like its little pocket slip.

That’s a Case 2318 Medium Stockman, not a common configuration of that pattern. OH
