Stockman Sunday picture show

My favorite Stockman.

Case Stockman by Bill Friggle Photography, on Flickr

This is a special one. It was a gift from a member of this forum. He said it was a basket case. So he took it apart and fixed the issues and put custom ebony scales on it. This is my second favorite. But it is so close to my first, I normally call it my favorite.

Sorry for the crappy pictures. I will take better ones.

That’s different! Very cool Bruce! Are them scales bone, or …..? Lance
Lance, that is a Bicentennial knife by Imperial, USA made, shell handles, but the blades from their forged series. There is also a three knife set, all the military branches from the Revolution are represented (Army-Navy-Marines). That set has the forged blades but are tang stamped differently. OH

Thanks Bruce, for the information, and for sharing that unique piece with us.

As a big fan of Case Stockman pocketknives built on the 18 frame I’ve got to say that the ebony handles are terrific looking on the knife. The bolster treatment is equally tasteful and appealing. An elegant gentleman’s pocketknife. OH
