Thanks Jeff, I'm guessing 1940's before the switch to Winterbottom bone.

More specifically after looking on https://queencutleryhistory.com/ the blade etch it narrows it down to 1946-48

Thanks, that's about what I thought. I believe the winterbottom started in about 1950 or '51.
