Here is the best I can do for you, hope it helps.
The only frame I know for sure is missing is the 68 Buckaroo which I have never been lucky enough to find, would love to have one though.
I do include the 29 Stockyard Whittler which some would dispute but for me it belongs in the group.

Dang, now I need to get all my Case Pocket Worn stockmans out for an updated family picture.
I did a quick rough count of my accumulation of stockmans and posting one knife a week in this thread it would take me over 4 years to share them all, I think group shots may be the way to go moving forward.
