Finally got mine a few days ago.... What strikes me, how balanced this thing feels in the hand... The handle balances out the blade nicely, and it feels much lighter than it's size would suggest...
I like it more than the original HR, feels better than my (ex) Forsaken Steelheart(nuked), and feels much lighter than my NFSNO. I would say it's a perfect weight to size ratio in a very capable blade.

I got mine today. The bird poop micarta looks really good (and I'll have to stop calling it that, as it doesn't really look like bird poop - "rattlesnake" is a much better name). It feels good as well - enough texturing to give it a bit more grip, but not rough on the hand.

Pretty robust BTE (I do wish Busse with give us that information up front, as it varies a lot between different models), so more of a beater than a slicer. I may convex the edge a bit.

It is also a stonewashed blade. I am a stone mason by trade so just a cool special offering I wish I would have snagged. I will grab a hr2 at some point
