This single sheet of "Stonehenge" came out of a large batch run of Black canvas micarta. It is the only sheet that came out like this and nobody knows why. I would much prefer to offer "Stonehenge" as a regular option, but I don't see this happening.

Remember our old "Snakeskin" micarta? We have spent many thousands of dollars trying to reproduce it. It was only made once, nearly 20 years ago, and has NEVER been successfully reproduced again. NEVER!

Snow hole micarta? . . . . Still waiting . . .

Stonehenge micarta is wicked cool and super rare. . . . I doubt that we'll ever see it again.

I'll spring for the old-time, flat ground Busse offerings in their uniquely tough INFI steel. Not this over-hyped, over-engineered piece of self-indulgent silliness.

It's just Busse's way of marketing things, and it works.

The last offering was a 'limited edition, not sure how many, custom shop ' or whatever, and it was on the website to order for like 5 days, might still be up there lol Whether that meant the production numbers are limited to the amount that people are going to buy, or a set production amount that took days to sell off is a question for the collectors.
 
It's funny to watch people bitch and moan about how a company does their thing. If you don't like it, cool, go find a company and community you can get behind and support.

"Boohoo, it's this and that and friggin' wahhhhh! You should do it like this and not like that."

Too fancy? Good, they sell knives in plastic clam shell packages at bed bath and beyond, maybe you can get your wife to take you shopping if you clean up your room 🤣

It really isn't worth anyone's time to even go offensive. Funny, only Busse can be attacked for giving a limited offering at a low ball price on a highly desirable knife, just because he is turning it into a fun event.

The reality is, if you have nothing good to say, maybe say nothing, huh!

I hear you there. I bought 2 triceratops, both with g10, then when the last call came out, I couldn’t resist another one so in total I bought three triceratops with g10. Then this comes out and my bank account is crying. I think I’m still going to go for at least one of these since I only have one hr2 and it’s the 2020 special edition one.
