Storing knives

Now yer jest showin' off! :p

LOL, if I was showin' off riffraff, I would have opened ALL the drawers!!:D

I have a sickness, what more can I say.....other than that because of my knife addiction I had to sign my kids up for the school lunch program for poor people!!;)

That was just a joke in case you were planning on calling Child Protective Servies:o

I keep mine in a 5 cubic foot all metal hingeless safe.I don't want
unwanted fingers in my prized possesions.I also rotate edc of about 2/3 's
of my pieces.

uhhhh...if it has no hinges, how do you get in it?

He means, no external hinges. Many safes have them.

Hinged.

I guess that's what he means.
Hell, I just keep mine displayed in all the windows so everyone can see them. :D

Lunch Lady - "Lil Johnny, your lunch is $1.10"

Lil Johnny - *pulls out knife, hands it towards lunch lady*

Lunch Lady - *Scream* "OH MY GOD HE HAS A KNIFE!!!" *runs in terror*

Lil Johnny, talking to himself - "What the heck, Dad said this thing was worth at least 3 months worth of lunch"

anybody else like the look of the maxpedition knife collector's briefcase?

The briefcase didn't appeal to me, but, for a similar price you could get 2 maxpedition dodeca pods and have much better storage. I have one of those and I will be buying more. They are as good as Bill's Custom Cases (which are top notch) but configured a little better and a bit cheaper.

Now, all that being said... Bill's Custom Cases Econo Cases are the absolute best for single knife storage.

I have a few Samsonite brief cases I found at dumps over the years.....all lockable......and almost full. :D
