Strider PT owners question

amazing.

after going back through and reading the "strider" forum archive (which is hilarious, btw) the conclusion is obvious.

this guy is a legend in his own mind and is in dire need of a dose of reality (and maturity).

time will take care of this (his) problem.

no one (or business) stays on top forever...mr. strider would do well to keep this in mind,

and they fall much quicker when they treat their customers with disdain and contempt.

I just sent my cc pt to them in January cause the frame lock was slamming into the g10. I know it got there on Jan 21 because I sent it with delivery conformation and so far I sent them an email on Feb 4 asking when I should expect my knife back and got a response in less than 24hrs saying repairs generally take between 3-4 weeks. So hopefully I will get it back before March.

Just thought I would do an update since my last post. Well I finally got my cc pt back from strider and they fixed the problem I was having and everything seems to be ok. In all it took 37 days to get the knife back just in case any one is wondering how long to expect to be without their knife if you send it in for repairs, your actual time may vary depending the repair you need. So overall it was a good first experience with strider's cs and I wont hesitate to do business with them again.:D

On a side note I got scared this morning when I checked the FedEx site for an update and It said it had been delivered at 9:15 AM and there was no package at the front door. Turns out the idiots:mad: at FedEx let the package at my neighbors house and I'm lucky I live in a decent neighborhood and they brought the package to me. So no fault on strider but watch out for FedEx.

Rick
