So I sent my PT CC in to Strider for a warrenty repair (when I got the knife it would lock at about 105% and wouldn't unlock). I sent it to them on April 2nd via USPS Priority and then sent them an email on April 20th to check the status of the repair. On that day Heather said it had just arrived and that it would take two weeks to fix it. On May 12th I sent them another email to see if it had been finished yet. I got an email from someone named Jess today who told me it actually arrived at Strider on May 8th and that it would now take another two weeks to fix.
What's the deal. Has anyone else had similar problems?
I think that when and if I get the knife back I'm going to totally pimp it and say to hell with the warrenty, because I don't really feel like dealing with them again.
