Strider Service... any recent experiences?

From what I heard strider has the best warranty in the business, but I also heard some wait for their knives up to a year to get back from strider.

I'm thinking of sending my SNG custom in for sharpening/ SPA treatment.
 
I have sent in 2 knives, a PT and a SnG, both for a tad bit of lock rock. Make sure you send it out via UPS or Fed Ex, NOT USPS!! Put a note inside of what you want done, your name, addy, phone number, email and a check/MO for $15 for return shipping. Both I had back within 3 weeks, start to finish. It was good service.
 
I also have had GREAT service getting a few things done to a few SnGs-- Like Joe About 3 weeks back too me..
